YOUTH TRYOUT SCHEDULE

New players to the organization will be trying out the week of 6/24, please see schedule below. New players can also tryout with current Hitmen/Select players on July 8th, please see schedule below. There is a tryout fee for 10u-18u of $20 per player. This fee goes toward the field rental and trainers that run the tryout.

7/1- 1:00-3:30pm (16u)- Check in starts at 12:30pm

7/2- 1:00-3:00 (17/18u)- Check in starts at 12:30pm

7/8- 10:00-12:30 (15u)- Check in starts at 9:15am

All players will receive: 

- a number so coaches can identify them 

- instruction/feedback from college coaches

- opportunities to perform in front of local college coaches 

-full evaluation for hitting, pitching, infield, outfield and baserunning 

Evaluation & Instruction 

Evaluations will be taken from the coaches during and around the instructional process. 

What to expect from our workout: 

We will be having a clinic style tryout, be prepared to demonstrate your coachability along with your other baseball skills. 

Each day is a mini camp ran by current college and high school coaches associated with the Chicago Select program. There is a tryout fee for 15u-18u of $20 per player. This fee goes toward the field rental and trainers that run the tryout.
